Procedures
Manufacturers who wish to include an environmental message on their product(s) should first have a life cycle analysis (LCA) carried out and should have it registered in this database.
More information about this procedure can be found on the EPD web page.
The FPS Public Health has also established a set of rules and procedures to develop an EPD for the Belgian context. More information about this can be found on the web page of the Belgian EPD programme (B-EPD).
