Procedure for application to obtain information about available tests and studies in the context of data sharing

Any applicant intending to perform tests or studies involving vertebrate animals for their authorisation applications under the BPR must submit an information request to ECHA through R4BP 3 to see whether such tests or studies have already been submitted under the BPR or BPD.

If the applicant in the context of data sharing is unable to reach an agreement with an owner of existing data concerning tests or investigations, Article 63(3) provides to report this to ECHA through a web form.
